Rotary Soap Stamper for High-Speed, Uniform Soap Bar Production
Traditional rotary soap stamping machines have long been used in soap finishing lines; however, they often face limitations in handling irregular soap shapes, achieving consistent definition, and minimizing material wastage. The Vertical Stamper (VPress) represents a significant advancement—offering improved accuracy, flexibility, and reduced scrap generation, making it ideal for modern, high-quality soap production.
The Brit Soap Machinery Vertical Stamping Machine (BSM / VPress) is engineered for precision soap finishing and seamless integration into automated soap production lines. A continuous soap billet from the duplex vacuum plodder is cut into uniform slugs using an automatic soap cutter, then transferred via conveyors to the stamping unit for a synchronized workflow.
A vacuum pick-and-place system positions each slug between precision upper and lower dies. The vertical reciprocating stamping mechanism ensures uniform compression, accurate shaping, and superior surface finish for consistent soap bar geometry.
The lower die, mounted on an indexed rotating mandrel, enables efficient transfer of stamped bars. A vacuum-operated handling system moves finished bars onto the outfeed conveyor, ready for downstream wrapping and packaging.
An integrated de-flashing (trimming) system removes excess material, significantly reducing scrap. Separated flash is automatically recycled back into the process, improving material efficiency and yield.
Temperature-controlled chilled dies prevent soap sticking and ensure smooth, continuous operation across various soap formulations.
Available in VPress 04 and VPress 06, the machine features PLC-controlled automation with HMI, delivering high repeatability, process control, and operator ease. Supplied with a vacuum pump and die set, it is ready for immediate integration into industrial soap manufacturing lines.
