Atomiser / Vacuum Spray Chamber for Soap Drying Systems

High-efficiency vacuum spray drying chamber for converting liquid neat soap into solid, cooled soap within seconds.

Atomiser / Vacuum Spray Chamber for Soap Drying Systems

Advanced Vacuum Spray Drying Technology for Soap Manufacturing

The Brit Soap Atomiser / Vacuum Spray Chamber enables soap manufacturers to transform liquid neat soap into dried, cooled, solid soap in just a few seconds by boiling off excess moisture under carefully controlled vacuum conditions. This rapid drying process ensures consistent soap quality, improved efficiency, and seamless integration with downstream soap finishing equipment.

Process & Functioning

The atomiser operates on a continuous vacuum spray drying process, ensuring rapid moisture removal and uniform solidification of soap. Its rotating internal mechanism allows efficient spraying, drying, and discharge within a single integrated system.

  • The chamber is cylindrical with a centrally mounted rotating shaft
  • Soap spray nozzle and scraper blades are mounted on the shaft
  • As the shaft rotates, liquid soap is sprayed onto the chamber walls, where it rapidly solidifies under vacuum
  • The scraper blades remove the solidified soap from the chamber walls
  • Soap is then deposited into the infeed throat of the outfeed plodder screw
  • A bridge breaker is fixed at the bottom of the atomiser to ensure smooth material flow
