Dual Rotary Stamping for Laundry Soap Bars
The Brit Soap Laundry Soap Stamper is a high-performance rotary soap stamping machine engineered for accurate and efficient stamping of rectangular banded laundry soaps and toilet soaps. Designed for integration into modern soap finishing lines, it ensures uniform shape, clean embossing, and reliable throughput with minimal handling.
Built for durability and precision, this automatic soap stamper incorporates a robust rotary die system and synchronized material handling for smooth, continuous operation. The machine features a rotating die box with four stations, each equipped with two cavities, enabling two stamped soaps per stroke—optimizing output while maintaining consistent quality.
The die box is manufactured from a special alloy for extended service life, while the die punches are equipped with internal cooling galleries circulating chilled water (down to -25°C) to prevent soap adhesion and ensure clean release—critical for maintaining embossing clarity and reducing downtime.
A dual in-feed conveyor system feeds two parallel streams of soap bars into the stamping zone using intermittent motion, ensuring precise positioning and smooth transfer. A single synchronized pusher assembly inserts two soap bars into the die cavities while simultaneously ejecting stamped soaps, which are aligned via an off-take conveyor for efficient downstream handling.
