The Saponification Jet is a highly efficient instant saponification device used in modern industrial soap manufacturing, designed to operate without any moving parts. It utilizes motive steam as the primary energy source, ensuring low maintenance and reliable performance.
The system requires only 100 kg of steam per tonne of soap, making it an energy efficient solution for continuous soap production. A single jet unit can be adjusted to handle soap output capacities ranging from 1 to 10 tonnes per hour, offering flexibility across different plant scales.
The jet operates by passing 5 bar motive steam through an internal venturi, creating a strong vacuum. This vacuum enables precise and controlled suction of raw materials. The venturi steam jet is equipped with a needle valve, allowing operators to regulate flow rate, suction volume, and overall production output.

The venturi-induced vacuum draws both streams into the mixing zone, where they interact in the presence of steam. This results in instantaneous saponification, producing up to 90% reacted neat soap, which is discharged directly from the jet for further processing.
