The Brit Soap Double Sigma Mixer is first machine in the soap finishing line, designed to thoroughly blend dried soap base or soap chips with perfumes, colourants, skin-conditioning agents, and other additives.
Installed in the soap finishing line before refining, the mixer ensures uniform distribution of ingredients, helping manufacturers produce soap with consistent fragrance, colour, and texture.

Brit Soap Double Sigma Mixer
The Brit Soap Double Sigma Mixer is designed for efficient mixing in industrial soap manufacturing lines. Two solid mixing shafts fitted with sigma blades rotate in synchronized motion to knead and fold the soap mass, ensuring thorough blending and uniform distribution of perfumes, colourants, and additives.
The mixer features a double U-shaped trough mixing chamber, promoting efficient material circulation and eliminating dead zones for consistent batch quality.
The inner trough and blades are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
